The anticipation for additional One Piece material has concluded. Netflix has unveiled a trailer for the two‑segment LEGO ONE PIECE OVA. The streaming behemoth will hold the exclusive rights to air the OVA beginning September 29, 2026. The LEGO One Piece special shows Usopp sharing with Tony Tony Chopper the Straw Hats’ trek “from the East Blue to the Grand Line.”
Atomic Cartoons is overseeing the ONA production together with Shueisha and The LEGO Group.
Multiple actors from the live‑action series will reprise their roles for the OVA, including:

- Emily Rudd as Nami
- Mackenyu as Zoro
- Jacob Romero as Usopp
- Taz Skylar as Sanji

Other sets like Garp’s Marine Battleship and The Baratie Floating Restaurant are listed at $179.99 and $329.99 respectively. The LEGO One Piece sets are aimed at consumers over 8‑years old. Earlier this year, McCormick introduced a One Piece spice kit featuring four distinct flavors.
